The Osage Green Devils have a long history of being good at wrestling.  The squad came to Decorah on Tuesday night in an early-season wrestling meet and went back home to Mitchell County with a 56-15 victory.

The meet started well for Decorah.  Jackson Rolfs beat Osage's Kamdyn Blanco by fall at 1:22 in their match, then Garrett Lovstuen won by fall at 0:40 in his match.  However, Osage won the next five matches.  Decorah's Kolin Henry broke that string at 106 pounds, winning a 6-0 victory.  That was it for Decorah victories, however, as the next six Osage wrestlers won their matches.

Next up for the Vikings--boys and girls wrestling meets Thursday, December 17th, at home against Waukon.
