Eight members of the Decorah Viking girls basketball team scored on Tuesday night and the result was a 47-11 home victory against the Oelwein Huskies.
Decorah led 12-3 at the end of the first quarter and 26-7 at halftime. The Vikings held Oelwein to just four second half points.
Ambria Pipho had 11 points for the Vikings, while Emma Nierengarten had 10.
"Overall, we had a balanced offensive game and played solid defense," said Viking head coach Shannon Quandahl, who added, "We continue to strive for excellence with every game and every practice."
Decorah is now 5-2 overall on the season and 1-2 in the NEIC. The Vikings will travel to New Hampton Friday night.
