The Decorah girls soccer team hosted Union on Thursday evening, but the Knights proved to be more than the Lady Vikings could handle.

Union was ahead 2-0 at the end of the 1st half, and added 3 more goals during the 2nd half to win the game 5-0. Decorah had 12 shots on goal, but none found their way to the back of the net. Decorah goalkeeper Skyler Malone had a busy night making 13 saves during the game.

The Decorah JV team will travel to Independence on Monday, and both the JV and Varsity squads will travel to Waverly next Saturday for a tournament.
