The Decorah Vikings boys basketball team played strong on Saturday as they hosted the MFL MarMac Bulldogs. At halftime the Vikings led 41-9. The final score was 66-38 for Decorah.
Charlie Robinson was the leading scorer with 16 points. Matt Franzen had 10 points and both Andrew Magner and Sam Robinson scored 9 points for the Vikings.
"Our guys had great intensity tonight, and it parlayed into success. (It was a) good team win, (yet) we can't be satisfied and have to stay hungry as we have four games in the next six days," commented head coach Jonathan Carlson.
Decorah is now 7-10 overall and travels to Oelwein Monday and Waukon on Tuesday.
