Decorah HS graduate Kelsey Kruse Named All-Conference in Tennis for Luther College

2016 Decorah High School graduate Kelsey Kruse has been named American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) all-conference in doubles. It's the second consecutive year she has been so honored.  

Teaming with Devon Bourget at No. 2 doubles, the duo recorded a 5-0 record in conference action, 8-4 overall.  She also played on conference doubles match with Decorah HS graduate Anna Spencer and defeated a Simpson doubles team of Emily King and Kelly Kuebler by a final of 8-4.

In singles play, Kruse saw the majority of her action at No. 5 and posted a conference record of 5-2.

Luther finished second in the A-R-C standings posting a record of 7-1. Its only loss was to conference champions Wartburg College by a final of 5-4.


Kruse is the daughter of Geoff and Mary Kruse of Decorah
