Two DHS Graduates on Luther Women's Soccer Team this fall

Two Decorah High School graduates are members of this fall's Luther College women's soccer program.

Lauren Bruneau, a 2015 graduate of Decorah High School, is a senior defender for the soccer team.  She is the daughter of Odette Bruneau of Decorah.  Isabel Iverson, a 2017 graduate of Decorah High School, is a sophomore forward for the team.  She is the daughter of Greg and Cathy Iverson of Decorah.
 
The Norse are coached by Russ Schouweiler (83-59-9) who begins his eighth season at the helm of the program. During his tenure, he has directed the Norse to eight consecutive conference tournament appearances. He has been named conference Coach of the Year twice (2013, 2016) and in 2016 he led the Norse to their first appearance in the NCAA III National Tournament.
