Decorah girls tennis team dominates at Osage

Decorah entertained the Osage Green Devils Monday evening in the first meet for both teams at home and came away with an impressive win.

"With several girls required to adjust to new roles in the Decorah lineup this year due to graduation of players from last year's lineup, it was not exactly an easy task to predict how new players would respond while under fire. If this meet was an accurate indication, the season will be another successful one for the lady Vikes. We are telling the girls to create chaos on the courts this year and they took it to heart and moved all over the court finding ways to end points in their favor," said head coach Larry Berland.

Tuesday night's girls tennis match against Oelwein has been rescheduled for Friday at Oelwein at 4:00 p.m.
