Yarrow Pasche, who has been the associate head coach for Luther College women's cross country for the past 13 years, has been promoted to head coach.
Pasche will be the first recipient of the Kent Finanger Endowed Chair for Women's Cross Country and Track and Field. This is the first endowed coaching position in the history of Luther College.
"The Luther women's cross country and track and field programs have a strong tradition and I am excited to be given the opportunity to build the programs to even greater heights in the coming years," stated Pasche. During her tenure, Pasche has helped lead the Norse to three Iowa Conference championships and seven appearances at the NCAA III National Championships. Three times she has been named the Iowa Conference Coach of the Year and twice Central Region Coach of the Year.
