Luther baseball team wins 15-0 and 13-1

The Luther College baseball team pounded out 29 hits en route to a double header sweep of Martin Luther College Wednesday afternoon in Decorah.  The Norse defeated the Knights 15-0 in game one and 13-1 in the nightcap.

Ben Schott was 4-for-4 in game one with two RBI and 1-for-3 in game two, hitting a two-run shot in the third frame.  

The two wins increase Luther's overall record to 10-6.  Martin Luther is now 0-10.

Luther will host Buena Vista University for a three game series this weekend.  A single nine inning game will be played Friday at 3:00 p.m. and two seven inning games will be played on Saturday starting at 1:00 p.m.
