| The final home
swim meet of the season went extremely well for the Decorah
High School boys swim team on Friday night. Decorah
had first place finishes in all 11 events against Waterloo
East, winning 136-31. Chandler
Roberson won the 200 yard individual medley and the 100 yard
butterfly and swam on the winning 200 yard medley relay team
and 400 yard freestyle relay team. Nathan Maloney had
first place finishes in the 100 yard freestyle, 100 yard
backstroke, 200 yard medley relay and 200 yard freestyle
relay. Erik Orvis won the 100 yard backstroke, Jason
Orvis won the 50 yard freestyle, Blake Fosaaen took the 200
yard freestyle and Parker Beard won the 500 yard freestyle.
Decorah relay teams too first and
second place in the 200 yard medley relay, the 200 yard
freestyle relay and the 400 yard freestyle relay. |
