Viking boys basketball team took on Turkey Valley Thursday
night in a game rescheduled from last week because of bad
weather. The two teams were tied
at 29-29 at halftime, but the Vikings took a 2-point lead at
the beginning of the fourth quarter and kept that lead for a
57-53 victory.
Isaiah Brown led the Vikings with 15
points. Drew Olinger and Chris Wanless each added 11
points, while Steve Drost had 10 points and Robbie Jewell
had 8 points.
The Vikings are now 7-8 overall.
They will host Waukon next Tuesday. |
