| The Decorah
High School girls basketball team led Prairie Du Chien by as
much as 11
points Tuesday night and by 7 points halfway through the 4th
quarter, but
the Hawks rallied to tie the game at 41 at the end of
regulation, then took a 52-50 overtime victory as Prairie Du
Chien's Haley Mikkelson made a basket just before the buzzer.
The Vikings were led by four players
in double figures--Karli Ramstad with 13 points, Sam
Cuvelier with 12 points and Megan McDonough and Moran
Lonning with 10 points apiece.
With the loss, Decorah is now 8-7 on the season. It
will play Charles City on Thursday.
