| The Luther
College wrestling team won three out of its four matches
Saturday at Cornell college at the IIAC Dual Meet.
Luther defeated Central 39-9 in the
opening match. The Norse then lost to #10-ranked
Cornell 22-13, but rebounded to beat Buena Vista 31-13 and
Loras 37-6.
Cornell won all four of its matches,
while Central went 2-2, Buena Vista was 1-3 and Loras
finished 0-4.
In the other sectional of the Iowa
Conference Duals, Wartburg went 3-0, highlighted by an 18-12
victory over Coe College. |
